Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing bondstack.ca or engaging BondStack Technologies for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.
2. Services Description
BondStack Technologies provides AI automation systems, workflow automation, chatbot development, AI lead recovery, and related consulting services for small and medium-sized businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual client proposals or service agreements.
3. Free AI Audit Tool
The free tool at /free-tool provides AI-generated automation recommendations based on your inputs. These recommendations are informational only and do not constitute a guarantee of results. Outputs are generated by AI and should be reviewed with professional judgment. Access to full reports requires email submission; by submitting, you consent to follow-up communications from BondStack.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information during onboarding and throughout the engagement
- Maintain access credentials securely and not share them with unauthorized parties
- Review and approve automations before they go live in production systems
- Comply with applicable laws governing their own business operations
5. Payment Terms
Fees are as set out in your signed proposal or invoice. Setup fees are due upon project commencement. Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance. Late payments (beyond 30 days) may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. BondStack reserves the right to pause services for accounts with overdue invoices.
6. Intellectual Property
- Client data: You retain ownership of all data, content, and business information you provide to BondStack.
- Custom builds: Upon full payment, clients own the automations and systems built specifically for them under their engagement.
- BondStack tools and templates: Proprietary frameworks, prompt templates, and internal tools developed by BondStack remain BondStack's intellectual property.
7. AI-Specific Disclaimers
AI automation systems involve probabilistic outputs. BondStack does not guarantee:
- That AI-generated responses will be 100% accurate at all times
- Specific lead volume, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes
- Uninterrupted uptime of third-party platforms (GoHighLevel, Make.com, n8n, Bland AI, etc.)
We will work diligently to resolve issues and optimize system performance as part of ongoing management agreements.
8. Data and Security
BondStack handles client and client-customer data with care. One of our co-founders holds an ISO Internal Auditor certification and teaches Information Security at a renowned Canadian polytechnic. Every automation we build is reviewed for data exposure risks as a standard part of our delivery process. Our full security practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Security Disclaimer: Despite our credentials and diligent security practices, BondStack does not guarantee absolute security of any system, integration, or data. No technology platform is immune to all threats. BondStack is not liable for data breaches or security incidents caused by third-party platform failures (including GoHighLevel, Make.com, n8n, Vercel, or Supabase), vulnerabilities introduced after delivery, or client-side misconfigurations beyond our control. Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their own access credentials and systems.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, BondStack's total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. BondStack is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits or business interruption.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a monthly service agreement with 30 days written notice. BondStack reserves the right to immediately terminate engagements where a client has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or created legal exposure for BondStack.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Manitoba, Canada.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
